Wear it Wild

 

CAT: El dimecres passat vam participar en un esdeveniment solidari organitzat pel nostre grup: Globeducate i patrocinat per WWF. Aquest event és el Wear it Wild. L'objectiu principal és conscienciar sobre la importància de cuidar la nostra biodiversitat, en especial, als animals. Molts d'ells estan en perill d'extinció a causa de l'acció humana i és la nostra responsabilitat intentar que això se sàpiga i fer-ne difusió. 

Com som part del programa educatiu "Raíces y Brotes", aquest any hem decidit recaudar fons pel Jane Goodall Institute Spain. A part de que l'esdeveniment va ser un èxit total: tothom va formar part activa, tothom va posar el seu granet d'arrós perquè tot sortís bé, vam treballar com uan família... i els assistents s'ho va passar bé! A més a més, vam recaudar més de 1.400€... una bogeria! 

A més a més, vam tenir la súper sort de comptar amb dues grans professionals de l'Institut, la Marisa i la Inés, que ens van explicar una mica com de necessitat està el nostre planeta i què podem fer per ajudar. Vam aprendre que encara que fem petites accions, totes conten... i que tots junts podem sumar i fer alguna cosa gegant! Va ser molt inspirador i interessant. 

Volem fer especial menció al fet que especialment tres alumnes van fer possible aquest event: la Martina, la Chloé i la Treixa. Podeu escoltar una entrevista que els hi va fer en aquest link.

Stand de Raíces y Brotes

ESP: El pasado miércoles participamos en un evento solidario organizado por nuestro grupo: Globeducate y patrocinado por WWF. Este evento es el Wear it Wild. El principal objetivo es concienciar sobre la importancia de cuidar nuestra biodiversidad, en especial, a los animales. Muchos de ellos están en peligro de extinción a causa de la acción humana y es nuestra responsabilidad intentar que esto se sepa y hacer difusión.

Como formamos parte del programa educativo "Raíces y Brotes", este año hemos decidido recabar fondos por el Jane Goodall Institute Spain. Aparte de que el evento fue un éxito total: todo el mundo formó parte activa, todo el mundo puso su granito de arroz para que todo saliera bien, trabajamos como una familia... y los asistentes se lo pasó bien ! Además, recaudamos más de 1.400€... ¡una locura!

Además, tuvimos la súper suerte de contar con dos grandes profesionales del Instituto, Marisa y Inés, que nos explicaron un poco lo necesario que es nuestro planeta y qué podemos hacer para ayudar. Aprendimos que aunque hacemos pequeñas acciones, todas cuentan... ¡y que todos juntos podemos sumar y hacer algo gigante! Fue muy inspirador e interesante.

ENG: Last Wednesday, we participated in a charity event organized by our group: Globeducate and sponsored by WWF. This event is Wear it Wild. The main objective is to raise awareness of the importance of taking care of our biodiversity, especially animals. Many of them are in danger of extinction due to human activity, and it is our responsibility to try to make this known and spread the word.

As we are part of the educational program "Raíces y Brotes", this year we have decided to raise funds for the Jane Goodall Institute Spain. Other than that the event was a total success: everyone was an active part, everyone did their part to make everything go well, we worked as a family... and the attendees had a great time! In addition, we raised more than €1,400... crazy!

In addition, we were very lucky to have two great professionals from the Institute, Marisa and Inés, who explained to us a little about how much our planet is in need and what we can do to help. We learned that even if we do small actions, they all count... and that together we can add up and do something giant! It was very inspiring and interesting.
